The VFTS always presents an element of surprise and intense combinations that group training has to deliver.
The VFTS also enables teachers to present new skills and drills, taught in a calm and controlled environment.
VF have had many clients walk in the door who have trained intensely for decades, only to be flat on their faces when trying to do one repetition of a press up in the correct way. Within a few weeks they are pushing out the reps and feeling the benefit.
All the classic exercises, such as squats, lunges, core, press ups and burpees - all done in such a way that proves there relevancy to functional training. These exercises help to build the foundation of movement and strength progressions - which are endless in complexity and difficulty.
Another asset within the VFTS and one that builds confidence in our clients, is that the trainers have first hand experience of applying themselves at the highest elite training level. Experienced Personal Trainers with a sporting background and the VFTS itself being created by former Royal Marine Commandos who are full time fitness professionals. Coaching ability is a priority.
Each VF trainer adds their own unique skill set whilst following the designated weekly focus points of the VFTS.
VF trainers will ask you to step out of your comfort zone, always able to give purpose and motivation to do so.
